- you’ll need Registered Home Manager or experienced Deputy Manager skills along with care home experience and relevant qualifications
- you will have a QCF level 5 or equivalent or willing to study to gain the qualification
- knowledge of CQC regulations, including the fundamental standards
- A driven passion for Adult Social Care
- motivating a team to deliver care through continuous improvement
- on-call duties on a Rota basis
- complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the home as Registered Manager with an energetic approach
- maintain regular compliance and uphold the company’s standard of care
Responsibility
- purchase stock and budgetary control of all consumable items required for day to day operation of the home
