Responsibility

  • end-to-end delivery of allocated roofing contracts and sites
  • perform accurate site stock audits as and when required
  • ensure regular, frequent site visits and reports are undertaken for the allocated sites
  • checking and approval of timesheets
  • to escalate any issues with to Directors as soon as possible

Requirements

  • previous project management experience is essential

Contract type

  • having secured an enviable forward workbook, we are now looking for an experienced Contract Manager to enhance and develop our existing team
  • you will be responsible for the overall end-to-end project delivery of allocated contracts, adhering to and managing Health & Safety standards, identifying and managing labour, ensuring sites have the required materials and always delivering a high quality product and customer service
