Responsibility
- accountable for complete end-to-end delivery of allocated roofing contracts and sites
- to carry out a labour register every morning and notify Directors of any absences/issues
- day to day management of all contracts required works
- being responsible for budgetary control and profitability on allocated contracts/projects e.g. surplus materials on site and labour allocation
- responsible for continuous management of material on site
- acting as the main point of contact for sub-contractors, roofers, clients and site management for the allocated sites
- managing and maintaining construction project schedules and an overall workboard
- to utilise the existing labour network and proactively seek and plan when labour is required
Requirements
- previous project management experience is essential
- comfortable with contract discussions/negotiations
- management of multiple sites and teams
- self-motivated and being responsible for your own time management
- strong leadership qualities
- experience in roofing is essential
- full UK driving license is essential
Contract type
- having secured an enviable forward workbook, we are now looking for an experienced Contract Manager to enhance and develop our existing team
- you will be responsible for the overall end-to-end project delivery of allocated contracts including the contract profitability, adhering to and managing Health & Safety standards, identifying and managing labour, ensuring sites have the required materials and always delivering a high customer service
