Responsibility
develop key trusting relationships with members
deliver outcome focused, evidence-based interventions to young people experiencing mild to moderate social and emotional difficulties
support young people to make informed choices
operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects diversity
work within a collaborative approach involving a range of relevant others when indicated
to be responsible for a programme of work that will meet the cognitive, physical and emotional needs of young people accessing the service and offer this within a safe and stimulating environment
work in collaboration with children and young people and communities to enhance and widen access
to be aware of the individual needs and strengths of members and to ensure that these are respected and supported at all times
