Responsibility
- develop key trusting relationships with members
- deliver outcome focused, evidence-based interventions to young people experiencing mild to moderate social and emotional difficulties
- support young people to make informed choices
- operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects diversity
- work within a collaborative approach involving a range of relevant others when indicated
- to be responsible for a programme of work that will meet the cognitive, physical and emotional needs of young people accessing the service and offer this within a safe and stimulating environment
- work in collaboration with children and young people and communities to enhance and widen access
- to be aware of the individual needs and strengths of members and to ensure that these are respected and supported at all times
