- you will have great communication skills, with the ability to communicate with team members, service users and a range of stakeholders
- shifts are worked on a rolling rota basis and include sleep-ins, core support and 1:1 support including some weekend work
- to be confident to lone work would be beneficial, but you will generally be working with another member of the staff team
- as a Night Support Worker, you will be there for the people we support to provide personal care, as required, and assist them if they are up in the night, or maybe just to keep them company while they settle down to sleep
