Responsibility
dealing with all aspects of domestic and commercial insurance claims including flood, fire, subsidence, structural and accidental damage
full project management from inception to completion including initial survey, reporting, preparing schedule of repair, tendering, site visits, snagging and invoicing
risk assessment, CDM and health and safety monitoring
revising scopes/estimates where required and raising variations
communicate and liaise with customers and contractors
prioritise work load
providing contractors with jobs and all relevant information to carry out the works
IT Skills, using bespoke computer packages, ESSENTIAL
