Responsibility
- dealing with all aspects of domestic and commercial insurance claims including flood, fire, subsidence, structural and accidental damage
- full project management from inception to completion including initial survey, reporting, preparing schedule of repair, tendering, site visits, snagging and invoicing
- risk assessment, CDM and health and safety monitoring
- revising scopes/estimates where required and raising variations
- communicate and liaise with customers and contractors
- prioritise work load
- providing contractors with jobs and all relevant information to carry out the works
- IT Skills, using bespoke computer packages, ESSENTIAL
