  • dealing with all aspects of domestic and commercial insurance claims including flood, fire, subsidence, structural and accidental damage
  • full project management from inception to completion including initial survey, reporting, preparing schedule of repair, tendering, site visits, snagging and invoicing
  • risk assessment, CDM and health and safety monitoring
  • revising scopes/estimates where required and raising variations
  • communicate and liaise with customers and contractors
  • prioritise work load
  • providing contractors with jobs and all relevant information to carry out the works
  • IT Skills, using bespoke computer packages, ESSENTIAL
