Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- complete dispatch of all orders from all platforms received before 2pm daily
- to ensure that the quality of packing and that packaging is secure and tidy to agreed standards
- training on Xero given to enable confidence to populate trade invoices
- booking couriers online
- taking and fulfilling telephone orders and replying to customer queries via email or phone and escalated when appropriate
- dispatch duties involve picking, packing and responding to orders received, by phone or email, and managing all aspects of invoicing, payment and dispatch
- ensure the maintenance of records to ensure availability of sufficient packaging supplies
- record all dispatches and other stock movements and to reconcile book stocks against counts on at least a biweekly basis
Requirements
- some Knowledge or experience of the following areas would be an advantage
- team player
- working in an environment adhering to HACCP standards
- experience of the manufacturing dispatch environment
- working in an environment adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices
- must be fit and able to work in an energetic, fast paced environment while also maintaining safety standards
- good organisational skills
- capable of working on repetitive tasks while maintaining high, defined, standards
