- manage the day-to-day delivery of service provision for a specified number of people
- we are recruiting to expand our existing management team
- work on shift in houses as part of your regular working week and during times of sickness/annual leave
- encourage and embrace teamwork with peers to ensure a seamless delivery of support throughout the Foundation
- provide guidance and support to teams
- operate fairly and consistently when considering requests from team members
- participate in the 24/7 out of hours on call system

Responsibility
- participate and promote adherence to the Foundation’s policies and procedures and undertake actions as delegated
- treat all information on a need-to-know basis, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with the Foundation’s policies
