Requirements

  • manage the day-to-day delivery of service provision for a specified number of people
  • we are recruiting to expand our existing management team
  • work on shift in houses as part of your regular working week and during times of sickness/annual leave
  • encourage and embrace teamwork with peers to ensure a seamless delivery of support throughout the Foundation
  • provide guidance and support to teams
  • operate fairly and consistently when considering requests from team members
  • participate in the 24/7 out of hours on call system
  • management: 1 year

Responsibility

  • participate and promote adherence to the Foundation’s policies and procedures and undertake actions as delegated
  • treat all information on a need-to-know basis, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with the Foundation’s policies
