- conducting interviews either via face to face or via zoom
- responsible for the candidate safer recruitment procedure - ID checking and collection
- securing the required references and validation

- building the next generation of PSVs including Hydrogen fuel cell and battery electric vehicles

- good eye for detail and tenacity for fixing problems
- 2+ years MIG/MAG/TIG experience
- MIG welding: 2 years
- preston, PR26 7TZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards
- internship or prior experience in a health and safety role
- bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- professional certifications are a plus
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with safety management systems and software
- assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures
- customer Complaints
- conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards
- investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
- participate in safety training programs and workshops for employees
- compile and analyse health and safety data to prepare reports and presentations
- collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- stay updated with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices
