- identify potential up/cross-selling opportunities and work with the client to define requirements and scope the deliverable
- develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell and upsell to clients
- conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and end-user workshops to help promote and evangelize our software
- respond to RFP/RFQ/Tenders from existing clients and occasionally for new business
- serve as the primary point of contact for a range of existing clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are being met
