- deliver Advance Sales & early-stage management training
- provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship
- organize and manage training schedules
- delivering our Academy Program to our inexperienced recruitment hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the recruitment industry
- spend physical time in each of our global offices to deliver training in person
- work with external consultants when necessary to further our knowledge and ability to deliver high quality training
- creation of Learning modules and structures for best practice and upskilling within Recruitment Development of training and coaching framework and strategies that are scalable across the business as we grow
- work closely with Senior Management to ensure that the vision and execution for the training are aligned with business expectations and standards
