  • it brings together the change and technology capabilities to design and deliver innovative solutions and services, that enable clients to understand and capture the practical benefits of emerging technology, with the project and programme management expertise to deliver them

Requirements

  • delivery
  • design and build solutions using low code platforms and related technologies
  • the Technical Consultant will have development background and experience of the public sector, with experience of how technology is used to digitally transform public services
  • provide direction, training and advice to customers and colleagues on how low code platforms can be used to deliver digital services
  • the role will build deep expertise in the use of low code platforms, integration, workflow, and automation solutions and develop a broad knowledge of current and emerging technology solutions in the sector
  • ensure that technical standards for the design, development, testing and deployment of digital services are defined, documented and maintained
  • the role will report to the Head of IT & Innovation, with specific accountability for technical delivery, including data analysis, migrations and system integrations
  • support the development of technical libraries, ensuring digital and logical assets meet agreed standards
