Requirements

- design and build solutions using low code platforms and related technologies
- the Technical Consultant will have development background and experience of the public sector, with experience of how technology is used to digitally transform public services
- provide direction, training and advice to customers and colleagues on how low code platforms can be used to deliver digital services
- the role will build deep expertise in the use of low code platforms, integration, workflow, and automation solutions and develop a broad knowledge of current and emerging technology solutions in the sector
- ensure that technical standards for the design, development, testing and deployment of digital services are defined, documented and maintained
- the role will report to the Head of IT & Innovation, with specific accountability for technical delivery, including data analysis, migrations and system integrations
- support the development of technical libraries, ensuring digital and logical assets meet agreed standards
