- main tasks will include; Carrying out all maintenance, repairs and inspections on our own fleet of trucks and trailers as well as a customer vehicles
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard area, ensuring it is free from hazards
- operate various types of machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts and other yard tools
- assist with loading and unloading materials from customers
- follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment effectively
- good communication skills to liaise with team members and drivers efficiently
- clean commercial driving license is an advantage
- experience as a flatbed or van driver is beneficial
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative
