Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • visiting clients to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • ensuring clients have access to the appropriate marketing material and information
  • providing training on our system and assisting new clients with the onboarding process
  • responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns as they arise
  • collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve any client-related issues
  • balancing time between on-site visits and remote work, with approximately 3-4 days on the road and 1-2 days working from home per week

Requirements

  • previous experience working within the parking sector
  • customer Service
  • proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the dedication to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
  • flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and accommodate client needs
  • proficiency in using various tools and software to track client interactions and manage accounts
