Responsibility
- working as a member of the Helpdesk team to deliver 1st and 2ndline support
- working as a member of the Helpdesk team to deliver 1st and 2nd line support
- timely response to Helpdesk calls, ensuring SLAs are met
- ensure Helpdesk SLA’s are met whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- ensure high level of customer satisfaction from the Helpdesk support team
- upgrade of ESB and Umbraco instances in a timely manner
- timely updates of ESB & Umbraco instances
- regular patching of operating systems and supporting software
