coordinate and arrange investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, carried interest calculation as well as issuance of shareholder statements
prepare annual and quarterly client entities management accounts, reporting and financial statements under the relevant GAAPs and regulations

process bank payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals
produce and circulate invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors
supervise and assist in the training of more junior members of the team
prepare the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, and review other fund related reports
Requirements
strong academic background, preferably bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Ideally having an accountancy qualification or part qualified
investran knowledge would be advantageous
good understanding of the applicable Luxembourg statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry preferred, specifically within Luxembourg Fund accounting/fund administration

understanding of the role of an ACD

assist in maintaining and updating the risk-based compliance framework to ensure adequate identification, assessment, communication, control and monitoring of compliance risks
undertake compliance monitoring reviews, completing work to a high standard in a timely manner identifying risks, providing feedback and advice to the relevant risk owners
champion an effective compliance culture, helping the business to manage compliance risks within their areas of responsibility
oversee and advise on the resolution of compliance issues and errors and breaches specific to the ACD, Fund Governance and Oversight, Investment Management and Product Management teams
deliver reports and Management Information to the Head of Compliance and / or Senior Compliance Manager to inform reporting to all relevant ACD and internal committees coupled with the wide Group
provide technical advice, guidance and training on compliance matters of relevance to the ACD, Fund Governance and Oversight, Investment Management and Product Management teams, obtaining guidance and assistance from the Head of Compliance and MLRO as required
ensure that the ACD, Fund Governance and Oversight, Investment Management and Product Management teams implement effective and compliant policies and procedures, systems and controls, and ensure they meet the required regulatory, risk management and governance standards
develop and maintain positive working relationships throughout the business but in particular with the ACD, Fund Governance and Oversight, Investment Management and Product Management teams
