Responsibility
- assist with the management of the stock, ordering, stock rotation and the monthly stock takes
- responsible for bar cleanliness, bar maintenance, safety standards and ensuring all legal licensing requirements are met
- assist with jobs around the venue
- assist with the induction and training of the bar team
- ensuring efficient delivery of any other tasks reasonably requested by the Duty Manager
- ensure the staff has the right uniform and it is clean well presented
- assist with day to day managing of the bar and venue to ensure the agreed operational and service standards are met and maintained
- communicate and delegate tasks to the team
Requirements
- experience of opening and closing of bars
- the capability to meet scheduling demands of the position, working nights, weekends and holidays
- has worked in a busy events venue, bar or nightclub
- happy with
- ability to work under pressure alone and as a team player
- great attention to detail
- bar management: 2 years
- A friendly and approachable attitude with great customer service skills
