Responsibility

  • source and identify prospective new premises for the organisation where required
  • negotiate contracts and agreements with landlords and Agents, specifically Heads of Terms
  • work with MHM solicitors to secure leases that are fit for purpose within a managed budget
  • to create an initial conditions schedule for new premises, highlighting any associated risks
  • developing and implementing strategies for the maintenance, development, and utilisation of MHM estate's assets
  • identify, negotiate, manage and review contract renewals for leases, licences and other property related contracts as required, working in conjunction with other senior colleagues across the organisation
