- monitor and transfer money between business bank accounts
- sort out queries, emails, calls etc
- proven track record in commercial production
- strong people skills, able to lead, motivate and support a team to produce high quality products
- able and willing to develop team members to maximise their capability
- encourage and contribute to continuous evaluation and development of the company procedures and systems
- ability to plan production in line with the needs of the business
- able to ensure supply chain is as robust as possible with other managers and directors
