- you will responsible to help passengers through the airport that need additional support to their start of their journey

- supporting with the Security trays
- assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding processes, and connecting flights, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey
- hourly Rate of £11.04
- you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, assist with check-in procedures, and provide general support to passengers and airline staff
- escorting passengers from busses to the correct queue
- accurate recording and data entry of customer details on to the database
- assist passengers with lost or damaged luggage, coordinating with baggage services and tracking systems to ensure swift resolution
- temporary Position with the opportunity for this to become permanent after 12 weeks of employment through Mego Employment Ltd
- the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- required availability for this role are dates of 16th December to January 1st 2023
