- relationship management across key external and internal stakeholders including NHS and private customers
- ensure policies relevant to services provided are reviewed and updated and that all policies are adhered to by all members of staff within your sphere of influence
- ensure the Centre meets all the requirements of the Care Quality Commission and act as the Registered Manager for the London Centre
