Responsibility
- maintaining own pool of locums/workers conducting regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations
- providing the highest level of customer service and deliver quality candidate experience
- manage payroll and all portal platforms to ensure candidates are paid in a timely manner
- conduct weekly sales meetings to discuss performance and encourage feedback from team members
- daily reviews of bookings to maximise candidate utilisation, reviewing of all states on CRM across the division to direct and delegate to team members
- contribute to long term strategy using sales data and trends, present quarterly business plans
- managing consultants’ performance’s, including appraisals, review meetings, setting targets and highlighting training needs. Coaching and guiding team members to become high performers
- developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions
