- processing and acknowledging student/parent programme orders
- using email, telephone to liaise with students, parents and education staff
- recording attendance data, updating programme enrolment with new students and providing certificates of completion to students
- answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
- participating in staff training and development
- working cooperatively as part of a close team
- setting up and maintaining the student filing system
- any other duties pertaining to this post
Requirements
- this role will suit applicants with proven experience administration and/or customer service
- experience with accurate data entry and administration is essential
- proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work as part of a team
- confident communicator with written and verbal communication
- be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members
- communicate professionally and clearly
- ability to follow a template email but be able to customise it appropriately for the needs of the customer
- is meticulous and has attention to detail when replying to email or recording data on spreadsheets
