the main purpose of the role will be to Lead the Manufacturing Engineering department and you will be responsible for the design and layout of manufacturing areas including tooling specifications and equipment
you will create a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing and other teams, creating a high performing team. You will hold regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team, both individually and as a team
you will lead the engineering change process making sure all parts are correctly trialled and approved before introduction and all production information is updated, pick sheet update and assembly instructions and timing is completed
you will support assembly when there is a need for technical support or any other special business requirements; this may include fault-finding or Health and Safety Investigations

your primary responsibility will be to effectively plan and coordinate outbound transport, including customer provided haulage
you will deal with all enquiries from Customer Support Team in an effective and timely manner
you will plan the dispatch and transport of the finished machines, the collection of machines and spares adhering to all administrative processes within the Logistics department
you will raise despatch notes, sales invoices, EUR1 Forms, ATR Certs, Certificate of Origin, and Packaging Declarations and any other related paperwork
