Meadows Care has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Support Worker to assist us in the promotion of good childcare practice in accordance with our high company standards.We are currently looking to recruit a number of dedicated Residential Support Workers within the B38 area code, You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary (from 1st April 2023), of £21,837.60 as a Grade 3 leading to £23,000.00 as a Senior (180 hours). We also offer an extended contract of 234 hours as a Grade 3 unqualified RSW starting at £28,388.88 to £34.000.00 as a Deputy Manager (234 hours).Offering so much more than a 9-5 job, our shift patterns include 24 hours shifts to 10 or 12 hours shifts, which may include sleep-ins, enabling you to fit work around your life, and the job satisfaction is a huge factor for many of our staff.Residential Support WorkerAs a support worker you will work alongside education to ensure our young people are able to reach their full potential, and gain qualifications and skills for their future.We offer a comprehensive training package that will enable you to develop your skills to work therapeutically with our young people.
