Responsibility
- to strengthen our UX Design team, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the MPDI Digital Products proposition
- tasks & Responsibilities
- guiding and supporting other UX designers within the design team
- create design solutions for improving the user experience of new and existing products
- the position of the Senior UX Designer is a full-time and permanent position based in either our Manchester office, UK or in the Basel HQ, Switzerland
- develop storyboards, sketches, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- work closely with other designers and software and web developers in scrum teams
- in the role of Senior UX Designer, you'll report directly to our UX Design Team Lead and be responsible for driving the design vision across products
Requirements
- master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- extensive experience in Product Design, with a minimum of 5 years in the design or software industry
- demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international or abroad environment
- strong foundation in creating captivating digital interfaces and optimizing user experiences
- proficient in a wide range of research methods, including UX heuristic research and testing
- outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- recognize the value of design actions within a business context
- ability to grasp complex design systems effectively
