Earnings on positions in MCP CONTRACTING
MCP CONTRACTING is looking for employees for positions:
- assist in creation of work completion packs which includes pulling together all the photographs, certifications etc
- managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- must have previous experience, ideally gained within a domestic and commercial painting environment
- relevant qualifications such as NVQ are preferred but not essential if time served
- ability to work alone on projects or as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail
- reliable and dependable
- full UK Driver's License
- good knowledge of Health & Safety
- painting: 4 years
- qualified in Plumbing
- must hold relevant qualifications
- carry out Reactive call out works to fault find and complete repairs in Domestic and Commercial Properties
- must hold valid Gas Certifications
- installation, Maintaining and Servicing both Hot and Cold-Water System
- industry experience of fault finding and jobbing
- carry out Gas Works, Boiler Servicing and Gas Safety Certificates
- full UK Driver's License
- carry out Reactive call out works to fault find and complete repairs in Domestic and Commercial Properties
- installation, Maintaining and Servicing both Hot and Cold-Water System
- carry out Gas Works, Boiler Servicing and Gas Safety Certificates
- installation/Swap Over of boiler systems
- carry out power flushing and cleaning of systems
- clearing blockages from drains and sinks
- carry out Trace & Locate Works on behalf of insurance companies
- carry out LRA's in rental properties
- qualified in Plumbing
- must hold relevant qualifications
- must hold valid Gas Certifications
- industry experience of fault finding and jobbing
- full UK Driver's License
- good knowledge of Health & Safety

- provide support to the helpdesk team as one of the key contacts for call-out bookings, service bookings, tasks, and queries
- manage the phone system with the wider service team to answer, divert, allocate and log phone calls
- attend in-house and external training courses when required
- ensure all reports and documentation are completed in a timely manner
