  • respond promptly to customer queries

  • maintain and proactively improve contact with customer base
  • liaise with depot partners and make amendments where necessary
  • due to rapid expansion, we are now seeking an additional Customer Service Representative/Administrator to join our team and become an important member of the largest pallet network operation in East Lancashire
  • based at our brand-new facility in Accrington, Lancashire you will be tasked with amongst other duties to provide a world class customer service to our growing customer base

Responsibility

  • to drive class 1 vehicles transporting product between group and customer sites
  • to complete all paperwork comprehensively and on time to comply with regulations
  • to manage time effectively to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated timeframe
  • to maintain a safe vehicle through comprehensive reporting of defects and issues in the correct manner to the right departments

Requirements

  • class 1 licence
  • experience of driving in the UK
  • full CPC and digi-tacho card
  • good understanding of driver’s hours and working time
  • ability to complete paperwork
