- you will be the first point of call
- respond promptly to customer queries
- proactively manage all customers orders
- maintain and proactively improve contact with customer base
- liaise with depot partners and make amendments where necessary
- due to rapid expansion, we are now seeking an additional Customer Service Representative/Administrator to join our team and become an important member of the largest pallet network operation in East Lancashire
- based at our brand-new facility in Accrington, Lancashire you will be tasked with amongst other duties to provide a world class customer service to our growing customer base
