Requirements
surveying Degree or working towards an equivalent qualification/experience
upwards of 3 years’ experience of working for a Main Contractor
design and build experience, ideally with JCT contracts

provision of timely and accurate documentation, warranties and the like, both internally and externally
ensuring that payments/notices are issued in accordance with the Subcontract and Construction Act
ensure any commercial threats to projects are identified swiftly and communicated to the senior surveyor, assisting with the preparation of all contractual notices
