The Opportunity Marketing is pivotal to the growth of our business. This opportunity means working with one of the most respected and award-winning marketing functions in the country. As the 5th highest spending advertiser in the UK, the marketing team produce communications across all media channels, producing more high-quality ads than any other business in the UK. It is an exciting time to be at a brand experiencing rapid growth and opening new digital sales channels. The Marketing function consists of less than 50 people, so early accountability is guaranteed, as is working with some of the best agencies. You will be part of the Corporate Marketing team, reporting into a Marketing Manager and working alongside existing Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers. The Opportunity The McDonalds App Brand Manager will be instrumental in helping deliver incremental sales growth YoY, via our App, by creating and nurturing long term known customer relationships. This person will develop marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, conversion & habitual use of the McDonalds App. They will also help control the use of digital value levers, such as offers, to drive profitable sales growth as part of an overall digital value calendar. The successful applicants responsibilities will be: To lead the day to day marketing plan, with support of marketing manager, for McDonalds App including use of ATL & BTL channels to drive continued awareness & understanding of the role the App plays in our customer experience To work collaboratively with Brand Managers across Marketing to understand the most effective use of digital value levers (e.g. offers) & App capabilities to drive sales via the McDonalds App and augment the wider marketing calendar To design campaigns that augment the headline marketing windows to maximise use of App during these campaigns To own the digital customer calendar, acting as the gate keeper, for
