Working hours
- full-time | Temporary
Responsibility
- provides direction and coordinates the Engineering and Design Leads on a project
- responsible for the execution of engineering deliverables including the engineering schedule, budget, document controls and manpower staffing
- proactively manages change
- establishes project procedures to ensure deliverables meet client and established engineering and project requirements
- identifies problems and coordinates with the engineering team to correct
- maintains and promotes a focus on company’s end product whether engineering, fabrication or construction
- ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines
- ensures effective management of change
Requirements
- demonstrable experience in similar Project Engineering / leadership roles
- professional engineer certificate of registration
- strong in contract interpretation and Management of Change
- typically has 10-15 years’ or more of relevant work experience. Less experience may be acceptable for the right candidate
- familiar with international engineering codes & standards
- ability to communicate effectively with remote engineering team members
- engineering degree
- good working knowledge of discipline design techniques, analysis methods, and general workflow. General knowledge of the theory, content and application of statutory codes and guidelines
