- safely and efficiently deliver goods to multiple locations within the designated area, following assigned routes and schedules
- conduct thorough route planning to optimize delivery efficiency, considering traffic conditions, delivery priorities, and time constraints
- load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling, weight distribution, and secure packaging of items
- perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any faults or issues to the appropriate authorities
- complete accurate delivery documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and proof of delivery forms
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive delivery experience

- adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws
- valid UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
- proven experience as a multi-drop driver, demonstrating a strong track record of timely and accurate deliveries
- excellent knowledge of local road networks and traffic patterns
- ability to plan routes efficiently, considering delivery priorities and time constraints
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
- physically fit, capable of lifting and carrying heavy items
- must be able to assemble some furniture etc, training can be given
- ensure the timely delivery of goods and products to customers
- handle all deliveries and collections from customers, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of goods
- assist in loading and unloading of goods from the delivery vehicle
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and collections
- ensuring the safe and optimal function of the delivery vehicle
- must work well as part of a 2 man delivery team
- minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar logistics role
- valid driving license with no more than 6 points and no bans
- must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure
- must have a positive attitude and be able to work as part of a team
- must be able to pass a a criminal records check
