  • line management of Technical Training team, with responsibilities toward other team functions
  • contribute to the delivery of contract KPIs
  • support the Facilities Manager with team scheduling, and performance management
  • support the Facilities Manager and the Development Team to undertake training observations, measure quality, and ensure compliance with Mazda training standards
  • record, maintain, and support ongoing team CPD requirements
  • deliver core technical and project-based training programmes, via a range of forums including attended Classroom/Workshop training, Virtual Classroom, and Film/Live Broadcasts
  • demonstrate Mazda brand values in all activities and interactions, advocating the brand in everything that you do
