Responsibility
- manage the client’s minor works projects from pricing through to delivery via contractors and employed labour
- ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard
- manage a team from brief to sign-off of works and subsequent snagging
- set up and communicate health and safety documents
- risk management, contingency planning, and communication with client throughout
- quality assurance through on-site inspections of works
- management of multiple projects at any one time across different sites
- documenting completed works
Requirements
- experience in working within reactive and planned Insurance claims, Live Hospital environments
- minimum of 2 years of management experience
- relevant qualifications within construction
- ability to multi-task whilst prioritising workload
- ability to work under own initiative with good time management skills
- excellent communication
- first Aid at work certificate preferred but not essential
- management: 2 years
