- creating a new health and safety procedure to suit the requirements of the company
- prepare documents for Health & Safety committee meetings, management reports, newsletters and other communications
- responsible for all policies, practices, and operations, including H&S management system for HSE functions within the company
- brickwork repairs and maintenance
- fencing
- slabbing
- roofing and guttering
- painting and decorating
- confident working unsupervised or in a team
- adaptable approach, must be flexible and willing to travel
- time served or NVQ qualified
- experience working in healthcare and commercial sites
- full driving license
- excellent communication and timekeeping
- CSCS card

- bricklaying: 4 years
- installation and maintenance of fire doors in accordance with BM Trada Q-Mark scheme
- white rock PVC wall cladding
- general maintenance

- confident working unsupervised or in a team
- adaptable approach, must be flexible and willing to travel
- NVQ or equivalent in carpentry
- experience and/or certification in fire door installation and maintenance
- experience working in healthcare and commercial sites
