Responsibility

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV installations, with at least 2 years in a management position
  • A strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and relevant regulations
  • experience managing and leading teams of technicians and installers
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and contractors
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline is desirable
  • 18th Edition would be desirable
  • level 2 in plumbing and heating would be desirable
