Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV installations, with at least 2 years in a management position
A strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and relevant regulations
experience managing and leading teams of technicians and installers
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and contractors
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure
A degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline is desirable
18th Edition would be desirable
level 2 in plumbing and heating would be desirable
