- attraction and Registration
- maintaining strong relationships with referral organisations such as Jobcentre Plus to generate referrals to the programme
- responsible for the accurate sign posting of participants to specialist support provided by the community partnership network
- activities may also include conducting outreach activities such as events at community organisations, job fairs, employer events
- responsible for contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and internal documentation and / or provider guidance
- ● Welcome participants and register them on the programme following system and process guidance
- responsible for the effective use of appropriate resources to ensure commerciality and value for money

- work with employers to provide workplace adjustments and build employer capability and capacity to support customers

- the role is a hybrid one, which combines working from home and visits to job centres etc in the area. You should be a driver with your own vehicle. This will involve working in the Worksop, Retford and Scunthorpe areas

- responsible for the accurate identification of the most appropriate occupational direction and candidate support needs , creating and delivering participant Action Plans which facilitate overcoming the identified barriers and achieving progression outcomes in work
- to work across a specific region in Surrey, West Sussex and North Hampshire to create, facilitate, develop and manage local and regional relationships with Partner and Community organisations to support the generation of eligible referrals and allow for the successful delivery of the Work and Health Pioneer Programme
- reporting weekly results
- taking the lead role in the development, implementation, facilitation and management of the Intervention Framework, ensuring consistency of approach across all teams whilst supporting and encouraging local flexibilities
- line managing two other advisors through the Remploy processes
- to represent MAXIMUS in key stakeholder meetings and manage communications accordingly
- responsible for participants being provided with motivational support, manage the participant experience, inspire and gain their commitment to overcoming barriers through successful delivery of development plans at all stages of the participant journey through to sustained employment
- act as a key liaison with Partner organisations to further develop the Intervention Framework and position its effectiveness as key in supporting Maximus' agenda on employment, skills and wellbeing
- developing to close working relationship with the BM
- ● Build and maintain relationships with JobCentre Plus and other relevant Partners through regular telephone contact, visits and newsletters as appropriate to ensure participants are aware of our services and to allay any concerns they may have with accessing or utilising our services
- ● Identify and utilise various approaches where appropriate to adequately diagnose barriers and set goals
- identification of gaps in provision and developing local partner relationships to address any such gaps – and gain the buy in of local Maximus team to utilise
- ensure that good practice in partnership and due diligence is effectively completed and accurate records held for all on the framework
- ● Liaise with relevant partners to develop a sustainable support network to support participants with barriers/support needs

Requirements
- experience and skills in working with priority groups as in G1 specification

- ● An ability to develop an understanding of the local landscape of relevant support, community, voluntary groups and potential partner organisations
