- this role is one of assisting and supporting the Director, National Sales Manager and managing the Sales & Business Admin Team
- ensure high quality administration and support is provided at all times whilst managing the administration team
- provide support for the Director and National Sales Manager
- this is a new and developing role within Max Energy which has come about due to the continued growth and development of the Company
- support the team with the management of projects
- generally, the role will include; keeping our systems and procedures up to date maintaining and updating our web content, CRM system, along with producing and delivering e-shot literature and regular social media updates, there is also elements of sales support regarding contract/order reviews and supporting the Team with the management of projects
- maintain a high level of cross team support
- manage annual leave diary/update Director & National Sales Manager Diaries
