  • raising and allocation of purchase orders
  • accurate coding and posting of the purchase orders & invoices to SAGE 200
  • liaise with the suppliers on invoice queries
  • produce an accurate and timely monthly payment run
  • reconcile supplier statements
  • control the invoice authorisation process, including accurate coding
  • weekly & monthly stock control
  • reconcile invoices with delivery notes

  • experience in fabricating and installing insulation materials
  • understanding of basic electrical principles related to insulation work
  • familiarity with painting, masonry, welding, and reading schematics is advantageous

  • carry out Health and Safety inspections & maintain records for ladders, PPE, WIP, TMO & PAT
  • strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
  • support the Area Manager and Assistant Branch Manager when required
