  • dealing with employee grievances including conducting investigations where necessary
  • advising on termination of employment including statutory and contractual entitlements
  • advising on / implementing redundancy processes where necessary
  • drafting/amending employment documentation including contracts of employment and company policies
  • general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, up-dating employee spreadsheets and dealing with HR-related phone calls and queries
  • advising on / assisting line managers with employee performance management and disciplinary issues, including advising on / helping to run formal performance and disciplinary processes
  • monitoring holidays and levels of employee sickness absence, advising on / assisting with return to work / capability meetings and liaising with medical professionals where necessary

  • we are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in our Woolwich Head office on a 6-9 month fixed term contract
  • advising on / implementing redundancy processes where necessary
  • this role will begin in June 2023 reporting into the HR Manager with an opportunity to step up as a HR Manager to cover a sabbatical from August 2023
