- bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction matirals testing or related field preferred
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members at all levels
- ability to multitask and prioritize work
- ability to work with little direct supervision or at a level where you are responsible for your own work
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- supervising experience: 5 years
- management: 5 years
Responsibility
- identifying relevant quality related training needs and delivering training
- organise and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers
- monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
