Responsibility
- manage and oversee daily operations of the showroom
- ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom targets
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner
- maintain showroom appearance and ensure products are displayed attractively
- surveying jobs within the clients home
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- experience in sales in the kitchen , bedroom and bathroom industry
- experience with using CAD designs systems
- previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- experience in sales management or achieving sales targets is preferred
- administrative skills for managing paperwork, scheduling, and record keeping
- retail sales: 1 year
