Responsibility
- mathiesons is a well-established bakery manufacturing chilled desserts and ambient products for the country’s leading retailers
- we have a vacancy for 2 Team Leaders in our Hygiene Department
- this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is forward thinking, approachable and someone who leads by example
- we make high quality, well known Scottish products and supermarket national own label chilled cakes and are looking to expand our team due to new business
- escalate all issues/damages reported by your team to the Hygiene Manager that relate to the cleanliness of all production areas, equipment and tools
- monitor, Audit & file paperwork as required
- monitor, control & order stock as required
- checking provisional plan against final plan each day to ensure any changes have been captured
Requirements
- previous experience in a Cleaning role
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal method
- chemical Training
