- keep the case management system up to date
- handling sensitive family matters
- court representation
- training Contracts are offered after successful completion of 6 months probation period
- convert new client leads
- immigration or Family law experience - preferably within a law firm
- hold an LLB, LPC, GDL or SQE - preferable
- experience within a legal environment
- good drafting and research skills
- excellent communication skills
- 6 months+ Paralegal experience in Immigration or Family Law
- full-time | Part-time | Temporary | Contract | Permanent
- managing and maintaining general business accounts
- good working knowledge of Xero
- VAT Returns
- managing invoices and payments
- good IT knowledge
- good knowledge and understanding of Payroll
