Responsibility

  • managing a mixed caseload of private family matters
  • preparing and drafting documentation
  • we are a niche solicitors firm situated in Manchester City Centre
  • keep the case management system up to date
  • handling sensitive family matters
  • court representation
  • training Contracts are offered after successful completion of 6 months probation period
  • convert new client leads

Requirements

  • immigration or Family law experience - preferably within a law firm
  • hold an LLB, LPC, GDL or SQE - preferable
  • experience within a legal environment
  • good drafting and research skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • 6 months+ Paralegal experience in Immigration or Family Law
