- opening files on Case Management system and ensuring compliance with file management
- dealing with routine client enquiries and communications
- assisting fee earners with research
- drafting Applications, Schedules, Statements and pleadings under supervision of Fee Earner

- dealing with letter, fax, email and telephone communications promptly
