the candidates will be working in the Business Support team providing general admin /reception cover support to the firm
duties to include
working on the switchboard answering incoming calls and diverting them to the relevant staff member
scanning incoming posts for fee earners, emailing them to the fee earner and attaching them to the case management system
we are open to considering part-time or full-time hours but there will be a requirement to work a minimum of 3 days per week. Full-time hours are 35 hours per week
assisting with incoming post by tracing and marking up unreferenced post
dealing with and franking outgoing post in preparation for them being collected by Royal Mail

we have positions within our Business Support Team for an Admin Assistant and Admin Assistant/ Receptionist. The roles are based at our Fulwood office and are office based- these are not hybrid or home working roles
we are open to considering part time hours for both roles but there will be a requirement to work 21 hours per week. Full time hours is 35 hours per week
