Responsibility
- this role can be worked in either our London or soon-to-be-opened Reading office
- monitor and report upon project progress and budget usage
- maintain accuracy and timeliness of project financial reporting/project cost accounting/revenue recognition reporting
- monitor project activity against agreed upon scope to mitigate scope creep
- actively manage project-related issues; and
- identify and mitigate the highest likelihood of project risks – planning for contingencies, where appropriate
- consistently and effectively plan, resource, execute, and otherwise manage cross-functional teams on projects that are high quality, profitable, and delivered on time
- ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing against project plans/schedules/timelines and defined budgets – all of which are subject to updates based upon tangible changes impacting the delivery of work
Requirements
- A graduate degree or equivalent/relevant qualification
- process oriented, strong attention to detail, with clear and proactive communication focus
- great facilitation skills and able to build bridges between teams and people
- outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- proven experience of managing project finances, timelines, and internal resourcing
- must have a right to work in the UK
