- understanding both our customers and competitors
- social media scheduling programmes using Meta Business Suite and other tools such as Trello, Hootsuite
- social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok etc. working knowledge & experience in managing campaigns across all
- email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar
- CMS Wordpress, Hootsuite. WooCommerce and basic HTML added bonus
- SEO Software
- E-commerce platforms – Amazon Ebay Shopify
- competently operate MS office
