operations Director
who we’re looking for
we are looking for two talented Operations Directors, who will provide operational support and expertise to the care homes within the organisation’s portfolio of 80 care homes
our Operations directors will work closely with our Chief Operations Officer and board to drive, direct and manage the commercial and quality compliance results for a division of care homes, deliver excellent customer service, and provide effective people leadership
you will be able to demonstrate delivering positive quality outcomes, budgetary management and Operational Management of large teams within the care sector
as Operations Director, you’ll need to be flexible to travel and work across various locations, providing support to the business when required
to drive KPIs including group profit, occupancy, maximising fees, quality metrics and colleague retention
Requirements
A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number
management qualification
excellent leadership skills and a sound commercial understanding
previous experience working as a Regional Director in a Care Home environment is desirable
we require an excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating staff members
A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate delivery of a quality service
