Responsibility
- experience preferred
- hours 7.30am to 1.30pm twice a week to include every other weekend
- extra hours available to cover main cook's annual leave
- to provide delicious, nutritious meals to our residents, including meals for residents on special diets and compliant with current Allergens Information
- take delivery of stock and ensure correct stock rotation
- to keep appropriate records regarding the purchase, cooking, transport and storage of all foodstuffs
- to clean the kitchen and associated areas as per the cleaning Schedule
- to work within current Food Safety regulations and to complete Safer Food Better Business Diary and 4 Weekly reviews. Report any concerns to the manager
