the role
general HR responsibilities including interviewing, new starter processing - preparing and issuing offers of employment, inductions and leavers, disciplinaries
will be the company liaison for any complex HR issues in tandem with external company advisors
the role itself is reporting directly into the MD and is a varied and very much hands-on role, which means you will have to act quickly, thinking on your feet as situations arise
is to deliver an efficient and effective HR service, ensuring that HR issues are handled in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and employment legislation

Requirements
experience in a fast-paced maintenance environment
ability to hit targets and self-manage their workload
ability to fault finding and diagnose problems
ability to use and record data to assist in future decision making and development of maintenance schedules
some knowledge of electrical control circuits is an advantage
experience of working on a range of complex PLC controlled equipment
be able to read Engineering / technical drawings
Responsibility
maintain, improve and develop product test equipment. This includes participating in various test operations when required
