to ensure on-going knowledge of the functions and activities of the Care Packages and their teams
to support and take directives from Registered Manager in relation to the day-to-day management of the Care

to support a team of Support Workers to ensure the provision of a Care Service that is unique to each client
to work with the Care Package Teams to ensure that the Care Service is delivered to a high standard in line with the Organisation’s Policies and Procedures and related Codes of Conduct
to conform to all Policies and Procedures laid down by the Organisation in respect of carrying out these Care Duties and in other administrative aspects of the business, as relevant
to participate in reviews of clients’ Care / Support Plans & Risk Assessments as required
to assist with the identification of staff training needs, and to participate as directed by the Registered Manager in Induction Training and regular In-service Training programmes including Support Hive training for the staff

monitoring of staff signing in and out of shift

to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Marama Care office facilities, completing administrative tasks in line with the Company’s policies and procedures and other relevant regulations and guidelines
ensure that work undertaken is conducted in a manner which is safe to staff and clients
ensure that services provided are sensitive to the differing cultural needs, and promote ethnically sensitive practices
co-ordinate, plan and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate staff cover. Ensure changes are reflected as soon as possible on the rostering system
