- assist customers with making reservations, changes, and cancellations
- provide accurate and detailed information about available services, rates, and policies
- maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- manage reservation systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- monitor reservation trends and adjust strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- organise and run the VIP queue/tables on the night
Requirements
- excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not crucial
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in using reservation software and computer systems
